Summer Youth Camp

Kamusta na kayo?I missed blogging. I was so busy this past weeks because of my summer class. It is indeed hard in my part because of my situation and now I am giving up. I missed you all...

Last week, I spent my Holy Week with happiness and joy.  Happiness that made me treasure that youth camp and joy that brings satisfaction in my life. It was not absurd in my part going there because I got many lessons about life, about discouragements and all that is not acceptable in our parts. We went at Claveria, Cagayan( maybe some of your know that place) and there are many delegates there. At first, I was ashamed to them because I thought that I don't belong to the group but my heart was filled with gladness when they accepted me as their team member. There, I met new friends and I consider them already as a part of my life. The view of the place was astonishing. Beside the school, you can see the sea and the mountains that are so green. I said t myself, "Lord, how great thou art". There were also many activities that had happened. There is the treasure hunting, although I did not participated there because I cannot run. There are also mind challenges that I was able to go with it. I was one of the contestant and the Lord blessed me, I became the first. At that time, I dont pity myself anymore because I have the intellect. The next day, we went house to house to win souls. I was afraid to do it at first but God anointed me to become a blessing to that barangay and He did so. I gave them tracks and I relate my life to the topics. All of them were crying that time because they were touched by my story. And from that time again, I became a blessing to the delegates and also to the people of that barangay. I did not expected to do it because I was really ashamed to do it but because one of my friend encouraged me to do it, I followed what my heart wants to do. At the last day of our camp, we had a contest in acting, its all about "Launch out into the Deep". We were planning until the night had came. I was the director for that stunt and I was also the pianist. The people were overwhelmed because I played the "Kiss the Rain" of Yiruma and my team mates are also in their characters. To  cut it short, we became the winner.
After the camping, I went home to my mother's house because the location was near. I had given the chance to stay with them and I was again happy. I hugged them because I really missed them. It was Sunday afternoon when I went home. I went home with full of hope and encouragement to continue to have a positive view in life. I will always treasure that moment that had happened in my life and I believe that this is not a hindrance for me to continue the battle of life.

Haggang sa muli po!!

I understand when you can't be online because I knew you are busy with you school and it's just right that you have to put your utmost attention to your studies and besides enjoy life and your youth...spread young wings outside.
And also don't ever be ashamed of yourself. You are what you are if they don't accept you let it be and move on. But I knew many would love you because you are a lovable person. Good thing you enjoy your adventure making friends is very nice. Keep it up!!

Congratulations! See, you almost won all the games! I am happy that you were given the chance to meet your mother and for sure she was twice happy than you. Mothers are like that.

Thanks for sharing with us the blessings you had received from the youth camp. And the good thing is you are also a blessing to others like us. YOu serve as an inspiration for all people to move forward and again, thanks for sharing the positive vibes.

Most of the bloggers I've visited have gone beach bumming or visiting churches during Holy Week. Ikaw naman nag-youth camp. What a nice way to spend the Holy Week. Glad that you had fun.
